Melbourne or in fact Australia is such a boring country at night.

Shop are all close at 5pm.

I miss Singapore night life where there's mustafa centre, henderson wave, sentosa, marina barrage, mount faber plus many more places to go at night. Here in Melbourne, apart from 24 hours kmart and coles, there's nothing else to do at night.

Limited supper places are open till only 12am or 3 am during weekends. But back home in singapore, I have trouble on deciding where should we meet up for supper. a huge range of choices varies from chomp chomp, newton circles, al-almeen, geylang for hokkien mee, thomson road, boon tong kee chicken rice and so many more. in mebourne, its only macdonalds, hungry jack's (burger king), kfc and some kebab shops which are open 24 hours.

I think we should never complain how boring Singapore is when its compared to Aussie.

well, "we'll never be satisfied with life" but at the same time, "we should treasure what we have". isn't it contradicting?

till then.

longgg over-dued pictures! let's turn back the clock to 4/4/10 to 6/4/10!

On 4/4/10, Sydney road began. setting off at 6am and only reaching at 2.45pm! that's how far Sydney is from Melbourne.

sunrise

the view was superb. smell of the fresh air was superb, which we will never experience in the city.

competitions on and off;350z vs GTI. 1 2 3 GO!

snacks and sleep, snacks and sleep plus seeing many road-killed animals throughout the whole journey and not forgetting the scenic views was love.

finally we reached Sydneyy! i think that's the Anzac Bridge.

look how beautiful Sydney is.

nightview.

ChatThai. which we waited for 45mins! comparable to YingThai in Melbourne.

Rem last year when me and ernest went to Sydney, we ate this 30 over scoops of ice-cream? brought the group to try as well.

5/4/10 Sydney fish market!

Harbour Bridge with love.

plus opera house with the girls

jumping jacks!

lastly a group photo.

whenever we head to sydney, she's always performing there.

won't you just fall in love with Sydney?

Hurricane's for dinner

passionflower after dinner.

finally, the main aim of the trip! i'm glad i somehow manage to persuade ernest to do a roadtrip which allows him to take photos of his car together with sydney opera house. not everyone has a chance to do so. in 2, 5, 10, 30 or 50 years time, when we look back at theses photos, we know that we once had such an amazing life in our twenties, and i'm sure in the future ahead as well. we only live once, why not choose to live it in the most wonderful and amazing way you can. :)

6/4/10. goodbye sydney once again.

stop by awhile to look at this ex-australian navy submarine

thank you for all these wonderful trips, i'm looking forward to all the trips i have with you! more more more please!! i know what you are gonna say. hehehe :D

*can't believe we are almost halfway thru 2010.
